The apartment was cozy, clean, and very inviting Our host, although we never met, made every effort to provide us with great instructions, including step by step guidance in reaching the apartment and suggestions on dining and things to do..Great location too!

the instructions for accessing the keys were not ver clear. After aligning the numbers I was asked to press the black button - when I did nothing happened. I had to contact the owner for help - she then told me to pull the cover of the key -safe from the top to access the keys. Suggest this instruction be put in the guidance doc.

The mattress was too soft.

The unit had a Very comfortable bed. Loredana was very easy to communicate with using What’s App. The place was spotless and fully stocked with cooking utensils. The shower was very nice. Complementary Prosecco and treats were also available. Staying in town gets you a discount on some things in town. Free W.C. use throughout Cinque Terre - it adds up for a family.

If the trash truck and business trucks don’t wake you at 6:00 the church bells will most likely wake you at 7:00. It was fairly noisy considering the location up the hill away from businesses. Don’t be foolish like me and walk with luggage up the 500 meter hill. Loredana can arrange for a taxi to drive you up.

Lovely central property, clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic host! Extremely helpful. Apartment is everything you need for your visit. Great bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Bed super comfortable! And two air con which was a treat. Highly recommended.
