Very dirty, there are cockroaches everywhere, the room is expensive, and the service staff asks for a high tip!

I like the features of the unit. And all of the available utensils and appliances that you can use for free. It feels like home! And the owner is very responsive and kind😍 I highly recommend this place especially for Visa Interviews since its just right across the US embassy!

Some of the owner staff like old and broken fixtures are placed in the cabinets and we are carefull not to touch it. No instruction about the Union Electric Stove on how to use it Lastly theres a leaking in the bathroom Better to make a house rules for everyone to follow

There were cockroaches. Also the noise from the traffic outside was very loud. The area is not so walkable too.

Good location.

Property is not properly cleaned, still dusty, bedroom room floor not vacumned found few strands of hair, bed mattress is hard so its not comfortable to sleep on it. Sofa bed is broken, the other sofa’s armrest is dirty, Kitchen appliances like exhaust fan, kettle & stove top were not clean. Good points strong water pressure and aircon was in good working condition.
