"Easy access but not as advertised"

Kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms were clean. Close to Joshua Tree National Park. Quiet neighborhood.

Owner had us confused for someone else and was not helpful or responsive. Front door was unlocked and there was no way of locking it after leaving. Furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub weren’t even filled up for use. Info in the home for wifi access was outdated. One of the hallway closet door just falls apart when you try to open it. Stains on curtains and furniture.
