We liked the authentic Japanese living experience, The staff were hospitable and were always at hand to answer any of our questions. Especially the lady that greeted us and was there on our check out day. An Onsen was just around the corner.

I liked everything about this place. Accommodation was immaculate. Highly recommend staying here.

Only a short walk to the station about 10 minutes. Short ride to Kyoto Station.

Room is very large. Bathroom very nice. Hotel is installed in a super quite side. Hotel has link with close onsen. This onsen has a super good restaurant.

The hotel is rather noisy. we can clearly ear when neighboor are taking a bath. The room has little light and thus quite dark.

"Spacious, quiet and beautiful for families"

Spacious and beautiful for 5 adults living together. The apartment can be split into different spaces for relaxing, sleeping, and enjoying snacks/breakfast. We love the pockets of outdoor areas with plants, the bathtub, two vanity sinks, tatami, and the breakfast sets are luxurious!

"Clean room but wouldn’t recommend"

A clean room close to the train station

The noise from upstairs was loud, you could hear each footstep and toilet flush, not fresh towels or cleaning everyday, the check in was not a good experience. Extremely basic.

"I had pleasant stay here, my wishlist to stay at japanese traditional house accomplished."

The neigborhood was quiet, the property was amazing, clean. It was really nice to experience a night here. But, the location quite far from tambaguchi station. We arrive around 8 pm, so it quite hard to find the location.

There was no lift, so if you have big luggage you have to reconsider. Quite hard to find the location.
