Stunning Beach Home - large patio, parking, ac & dog friendly!

The location is great. Beaches, restaurants and activities are in walking distance.

The house was clean and fully stocked with everything needed. The property management was professional and very accommodating.

location is great for quick access to the beaches. a quick 10 to 20 minute drive to sea world to fashion valley mall the zoo and other local area attractions the beaches and belmont park mall is perfect walking distances

no parking. they assigned a parking spot . but you need a golf cart or motorcycle or e bike for it best parking solution i found was to park in the community parking lots as the time allowed the closet commuter lot closed at 10pm the one up by belmont park makes for a walk home at night after ten pm.

It was not far the beach just behind it. Less bussy than on the beach and also near the bay. The house had everything needed.

The neighbours upstairs were a nit noisy. I heard people walking and it was like they were constantly moving things around the house. Parking was a challenge. Our car did not fit in the parking spot. But we knew that upfront

The rental was nice and had all the amenities we really needed. There was coffee and everything needed to make it. All sorts of sweetener packets, but no sugar. We bought packets and left them for the next guest. All the beach and other amenities were nice and very sufficient. All the comforts of home. Close to walk to the ocean or the Bay. Walking distance to Belmont park area.

Almost no cooking essentials like oil, butter, ketchup, mustard, etc. These are things that could be in the fridge and used by multiple guests. The parking spot is ONLY for the smallest of compact cars. This was NOT noted in the listing we used to book this property. We would not have stayed here if we knew we could not fit in the parking space. We ended up having to find street parking - which was virtually non-existent- every time we drove somewhere. There is a tenant upstairs and you can hear them walking round etc. Also, it's in the flight path of the airport and so loud planes fly over every 4 minutes from 6:30am to 11pm.

Host texted me on day of arrival without me having to reach out so upon arrival I had doorcodes nearly upon my plane landing, very convenient and efficient. Location was great, safe and cental. It was myself, my husband and three older kids. Kids, (17/16/15 year old), were able to walk to beach and close by market without worry. Perfect space not to large not to small, never felt crowded.

The parking that was advertised should should share how very, very, small it is. I thought our small rented suv (GMC Acadia) would fit, but it didn't. The designated parking is nearly impossible to turn in and out given it's location off alley with the other infrastructure around it. Very limited on what actual cars can park there. Plenty of street parking, but there's also plenty of people and cars so it can take sometime to get a spot. Not the worst in the world but my draw to the house was designated parking so I figure its worth sharing for others.

Had a great stay. Great location. Short walk to the beach and bay. The house was very clean. The host was very responsive and quick to make sure everything was in order. Loved the nearby attractions, belmont park, restuarants and bars. Will book again for our next trips to SD.
