Prime Fully Equipped Studio 2 Ideal Base to Explore Malta

It was a lovely and very spacious apartment, in an excellent location - just a few minutes’ walk away from Valletta city gate and the bus station, and it also had a handy convenience store very close bye. The door access was straight forward with no delays as Marc made it very clear to us how to enter the property. He also very promptly answered any questions that we had regarding the property and the facilities that were available for us.

The steps up to the apartment are quite steep (as are most apartment steps in Malta!) which may be an issue for people with limited mobility.

The property was in a great location easily accessible to the city and sights plus transport. It is an old property which has been cleverly designed to incorporate modern features. A roof top drying area with laundry is a bonus. The host is promptly communicative, very helpful, clear and welcoming.

Wifi drops in and out a bit.

Great location - walking distance from Floriana center and Valletta. Minimarket across the street. - Spacious apartment - high ceilings, kitchen on floor above (within the apartment). - Great host - very helpful over WhatsApp. - Stylish & traditional Maltese house. - The kitchen has some basic staples (tea, salt, pepper, oil), should you decide to to cook.

There could be some more furnishings/amenities (e.g. iron+board; writing table and chair; sofa; drying rack etc.). - Beware of Google Maps: the building shows at the incorrect end of the street (even taxi drivers will take you to the wrong address). - As all traditional Maltese houses there are some shortcomings - steep stairs, difficult-to-operate windows etc.

Excellent location! All buses were close The host was super friendly and helpful! Answered all our questions and helped us with our lagguage! Always on phone and easy to reach! Our stay was very good!! 😊

I could not have wanted for more staying at this apartment. The Kitchen had everything I needed and more and a little seating area. The bedroom/livingroom was perfect size. The bathroom was also a good size and I never had any issues with not having hot water for my shower. A note about the bathroom, which wasn't an issue for me but perhaps good to know for other traveler's. There's a large window allowing you to see into the bathroom from the bedroom/livingroom just so you know. The host provided clean towels and water which was a nice touch seeing as you shouldn't drink the water from the tap. Floriana is in my opinion a great area to stay in and only a 10/15 minutes walk from Valletta center. There's a good coffee shop and a little convenience store very close to the apartment as well as some bar were locals hang and a really good restaurant called Balzunetta close by. The host was helpful and I can highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The keys weren't in the lock box when I came. That said the host was very quick to help remedy this.
