Luxury 3-bed apartment, with direct beach access, free parking & sea views !

The apartment was lovely - great location with Falmouth town easily within walking distance. The view from the balcony was impressive and great for watching the world and weather go by. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and homely. Parking was easy and having the Co-op on site very handy.

As others have mentioned it is very hot in the corridor outside the apartment, and a couple of extra signs such as 'front lobby' or 'car park' in the communal areas would have helped. The entry code had changed on our arrival from the one supplied but there were very helpful people within the Liner block who updated us.

The broken patio furniture and non disclosure

This 4th floor apartment is beautiful, well furnished, bright & airy. It has a very large balcony with table & chairs to sit 6 people comfortably plus 2 sun loungers, looking directly over the beach, with an amazing view. There is a beach bar opposite that serves food all day and evening including coffee & cocktails. A great place to visit. Need to book if you want an inside table but outside is first come first served.

Slight confusion to get into the complex. We received many messages from booking.com with different code numbers (wish I had realised this earlier) Couple of small issues at the property but these were promptly dealt with by the owner.

Spectacular view, location and beautiful, spacious apartment. So many little extras (eg full kitchen with many different dining and cooking utensils; full laundry - including manuals, pegs, detergent) made the apartment a luxurious home away from home. Accommodation host was also very contactable and accommodating. A grocery store is located on the ground level of the building; and a cafe, restaurant and fabulous little beach full of activities, were located across the road.

We couldn’t stay longer! Some areas in the kitchen, one bedroom cupboard, and the main bathroom weren’t cleaned properly. Hand towels and a bath mat were missing. The front door key lock was a little temperamental.

Fantastic location, apartment and sea views with great hosts who made the check in and whole stay super easy. Would definitely return again

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. The views were amazing. The apartment is well maintained and decorated with comfortable furnishings and an excellent shower. We made use of the gym and the in house Co-op was very handy. Gylly Beach Restaurant has great food and a lovely vibe. The communication was very good from the management company. Thanks Tila

The main bedroom underfloor heating would not turn off so had the balcony door open to keep cool.

A very well equipped and kept apartment in a stunning location. Sea views were amazing.
