Everything! What’s not to love? Stylish, had everything needed for a comfortable & luxury, self catering stay. & the location was perfect for us with beautiful views… & having secure parking was definitely a plus point.

One tiny point was that the heating was set on very hot when we arrived & it took a while to work out how to turn it all down… but we did eventually, so not really an issue & tbh the whole building was very hot, which is out of the hosts control… but it didn’t detract from the amazing apartment & definitely wouldn’t put me off staying again.

"Beach apartment"

Location close to beach and town, ability to use St. Michaels pool and gym albeit at quite an expense where as it is included if an apartment is booked directly

Heat, there is obviously an issue still with the heating in the building,. We stayed a few years ago and it was roasting then, still is. Corridors etc on the higher floors are roasting! It is useful and unfortunate that there is a Coop on the ground floor. Useful to pick up the essentials, but delivery trucks arrive early and make a lot of noise.. Probably just worth the convenience though

We arrived by car and parked at the car park. The instruction does not make it clear we should have exited the building and re-enter by the main pedestrian entrance.

The 5pm chekcin and 9am-10am checkout. Also, what does 9am-10am means? We received an email at 10am saying the cleaners will be there at 9am and we should vacate the place.
