Watford Gemini - Thanet House, Nr Watford Metropolitan, M1,M25

Location.

We got a phone call two days before our trip and were asked to pay £200 security bond. We should have been paid through booking.com. We never received our £200 security bond back after numerous attempts of contact via phone, email, and whatsapp. Very poor.

Good location for commuting to London and Harry Potter World.

It took a month and several unanswered emails and phone calls to get my security deposit back from the owner. This was disappointing on two counts: 1) that the owner took so long to reimburse me and 2) that I had to make this payment direct to the owner despite using booking.com to make the booking.

Clean comfortable and easy access to where we needed to go. The area was pleasant.

The single bed wasn’t very comfortable.

12 minute walk to the train station for trains to London.

No mattress protectors on the beds Water pressure terrible Blinds were broken and were either jammed shut or open. No curtains in any of the rooms Was a bit tired and cheaply finished Also still waiting for security deposit of £200 back a month after staying at the property.... wouldn't recommend at all.

Instructions to get to the property were excellent. Facilities very clean and comfortable.

Its very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Information is very clear. We relax well.

The deposit could have arrange through booking.com as well so confusions wont create
