Ecco una versione più incisiva e dettagliata: Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente sotto diversi aspetti. I bungalow sono estremamente distanti dalla struttura principale e raggiungerli, soprattutto di sera, è una vera impresa: la strada è completamente priva di illuminazione e ci si ritrova a procedere praticamente a tentativi in mezzo alla montagna. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e, prima che qualcuno intervenisse, sono stato costretto a effettuare almeno 15 chiamate. Una volta risolto questo inconveniente, la stanza si è addirittura allagata. Per ottenere il cambio del bungalow ho dovuto quasi supplicare il personale, perché la loro soluzione iniziale era quella di mettere del silicone mentre noi eravamo a cena, facendoci poi rientrare con il silicone ancora fresco. In pieno giugno, in Sicilia, ci siamo ritrovati sotto il sole cocente senza neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua a disposizione. In camera era presente un frigorifero, ma completamente inutile perché scollegato e senza nemmeno una presa disponibile per poterlo utilizzare. Quando ho chiesto dell’acqua mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto scendere personalmente alla struttura principale a prenderla, nonostante la distanza fosse tale da rendere necessario l’utilizzo dell’auto, oppure che me l’avrebbero portata successivamente. Peccato che poco dopo il personale sia salito ai bungalow per girare dei video promozionali e, nonostante ciò, nessuno abbia pensato di portare l’acqua promessa. Anche i servizi pubblicizzati non hanno rispettato le aspettative. Sul post di Booking era indicata la possibilità di usufruire della jacuzzi per un’ora, ma l’abbiamo trovata spenta e sporca. La manutenzione generale lascia molto a desiderare: il tappeto verde attorno alla piscina era completamente staccato e a ogni folata di vento si sollevava, facendo arrivare polvere addosso a chi si trovava nelle vicinanze.

Posto tranquillo dove il relax è totale. A contatto con la natura. Gentilissimi i titolari: la signora Santina e il dott. Pippo. Consiglio il posto per chi ama il silenzio e gli animali che fanno parte dell'agriturismo.

Purtroppo le strade per raggiungere il luogo sono molto fatiscenti.

Si vous aimez la campagne, pour vous ressourcer, cette ferme-auberge est faite pour vous. Paysages merveilleux, chevaux, tintinnabullement du bétail alentour, piscine, restaurant sur place valorisant les produits de la ferme, personnel à l'écoute, tout concourt à une halte reposante. Transfert envisageable vers les départs de sentiers de randonnée. Serveur parlant français.

Il posto molto bello, disperso nella natura. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene ragù buonissimo e anche il cannolo. Tutto fatto dalla casa e prezzo molto accessibile

La strada per arrivare è molto tortuosa e difficile. Non dista 5 km da Capizzi perché ci sono molte curve.

Our stay was pleasant overall, mainly thanks to the very friendly staff and the outstanding location surrounded by greenery and nature. It is truly a peaceful place in the middle of nowhere, which we really appreciated.

However, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. After travelling around 4 hours from Ragusa, including a quite difficult road to reach the property, we discovered that the rooms we were given were completely different from the ones I had booked on Booking.com. I specifically booked the cottage-style accommodations — one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom unit — because those were the only room types shown and advertised on the Booking.com listing. Instead, we were given standard-looking white brick rooms. We were told that the cottage-style rooms, as well as the pool and sauna, are only available from 31 May onwards. While the sauna and pool were indeed stated as available only after 31 May, the explanation regarding the rooms made no sense to us. If the cottage-style rooms were not available during our stay, then the rooms we were actually given should also have been clearly advertised on Booking.com, together with a notice explaining that the wooden bungalow-style accommodations were unavailable for the selected dates. In fact, the room descriptions even mentioned a “pool view,” which further suggested that these rooms were available when booking. However, the white brick rooms we received had no pool view at all. The wooden bungalow-style cottages were the main reason I chose this property, so this felt very misleading and honestly ruined part of the experience. Another major issue was the lack of Wi-Fi during our entire stay. Due to the remote location, even our mobile 4G did not work properly, meaning we had almost no internet access for 3 days. Each day we were told that a technician was coming to fix the issue, but unfortunately this never happened while we were there. It’s a shame because the place itself has great potential, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but the misleading room presentation and lack of internet made the experience quite disappointing overall.

Mancava il sapone per lavarsi le mani in camera e c'era solo una bustina di bagnodoccia che come dose forse non bastava neanche a lavare un bambolotto.
