Really great location and apartment. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Customer support and communication before and on arrival was really good and very polite. Apartment had all the essentials for a short stay

Not too easy finding the property on my own, even with the instructions provided as the images are a bit confusing but customer service was super helpful and encouraged a video call to make sure I got there safely. Also radiator by the entry gave off a bit of an odour but wasn't a problem as other radiators worked well

Clean place but old furnitures and appliances

It is not a bright place as depicted in the picture it’s so dark and gloomy , it was clean but very noisy that we ended up not sleeping there . There was noise from cars passing by,then the worst part is every movement other people on the top floor made or the stairs you could hear clearly and it was so noisy that we just could not relax I left 3 hrs after getting there

Location was great

The fact that the toilet was through the bedroom, if you had visitors you wouldn't really want people going in your bedroom. I had a short stay so this was not an issue for me
