Defects 1. Last customer's leftovers food was not disposed 2. No Rice cooker 3. No towels given 4. Wifi not functioning 5. Mini theaters floor was dirty 6. toilet door defects 7. ceiling fan not functioning 8. 1 of the toilet bowl at 2nd floor was very dirty (can't be flushed). 9. When asked for towel and rice cooker, owner asked us to get it ourselves from the previous home. 10. Swimming pool was practically empty and dirty. 11. Mini theatre can't be used (not functioning) and no support given. 12. Cockroach everywhere We have booked this property for a stay however the electricity at the property keep tripping every 15 minutes. Another property was arranged by the PIC however we had all the issues above on the new property. Apart from that the neighbors hate a homestay operate near them and keep calling police every night during our stay. We did not open music at all nor did we make any noise. We had barbeque at the garden near the porch. We had two different police visit for the two nights that we stayed and the Police told us that they receive frequent calls from the neighbors for this property for the past few months. The substitute property address that we stayed is 53P Jalan Chong Lye Hock , Kampung Masjid , 10250 , Timur Laut Pulau Pinang.

Location was strategic.

Many items not in good condition as displayed in the photos. The washroom needs make over.
