Location good, WIFI good (except no instructions).

The security would not let us in after confirmation, so we contacted the Nova Agents after the payment was made - they acknowledged it and we still waited for at least 45 minutes, when I called them again and had to hand my mobile to the security to speak to the Nova people (to let us in). Their was no WIFI instructions, and the TV is very old and kept losing internet connectivity when you want to watch anything. It was ridiculous frankly speaking. The couch was not very neat, and was sagging quite a bit, and when something fell behind the couch and we moved it, we found it was very dusty there.. had not been cleaned for a while. Also there was no basic stuff like sugar, coffee or tea bags (even a few...)....so overall good location but the management could have been better
