Grand 1 bed Georgian Suite at Florence House, in the heart of Herne Bay and 300m from beach

Beautiful suite, very welcoming & cosy. nicely furnished, a great little kitchen area, with everything you need, including pots & pans, plates, bowls & cups. gorgeous bed which was very comfortable, overlooked a lovely courtyard garden, just incredibly peaceful & relaxing.

Only downside (which is super minor) was lack of direct parking (but there was a big car park near) and it was super cold when we arrived would have been nice given the weather to have had the heating on ready.

Smashing place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. The furnishings were over and above what you would normally expect from a holiday let. Nice and quiet location even though we were right in the town.

Had a spot of bother getting the channels on the to, but, as we were not there to gogglebox, it wasn’t a big problem and I’m sure, if I had mentioned it as a problem, it would have been sorted.

Noisy upstairs apartment host did not meet us there is no real cooking facilities it’s tiny carpet is dirty bed was uncomfortable especially as a disabled person was staying there

Loved the location right behind the high street and close to the seafront. The apartment is lovely with its front to back windows and very comfortable Parking was arranged by the host and clear instructions for that and the check in

We didn’t require more than a kettle and a fridge which was just as well as this is a kitchenette only. Check out was 10 am which was early for a Sunday would have preferred 11 . However our host had been flexible on check in which was appreciated

Lighting in the bathroom was faulty.

Location was really good as central to everything. Parking was good and permit arranged with ease.
