Mara's Apartments Higuerón West - Garden Villa - 246 m2 of Private Terrace & Garden - Like a House

Modern well equipped apartment allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunrise views from the terrace. Underground parking keeps your car cool. Friendly host. Good location for sightseeing. Nearest beach is just 5min drive by car. There is an option to use the amazing gym and spa facilities at the hotel which is only few min walk away but we used the gym in town instead at fraction of the price. The shared pool is just downstairs and has deckchairs and umbrellas - water temperature was a bit nippy in June.

A lot of construction work around as new apartment blocks are still being built.

Would be good to know beforehand the price of the spa and facilities. It's better value for money if buy a week's pass rather than daily.

I would highly recommend the stay, ideally for one or two weeks. The place is super modern in lovely settings. Marco is friendly and communicates immediately. Actually, you get extremely comfortable luxurious apartment with big terrace around the home, facing both east and west. There has been 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room. Also, you get 2 gardens. In the kitchen you have even fridge for wine and ice maker. The kitchen is top class. With island in the middle. Simply brand-new super-modern apartment. I would recommend to do big shopping, when starting the stay as you will be in Higueron West with many options for walking as well as enjoying pools (Spring, Summer, Autumn). You get also very convenient access to Higueron facilities, including SPA for super discounted price. Normally the SPA is quite expensive, but with Marco we got vouchers and the price was much more pleasant. It comes handy in December. But even in December you can sunbath in the afternoon on the terrace. I was sunbathing every afternoon - yes, in the end of December. Actually, there are no words to describe this place. I would probably compare it to six stars hotel. All prepared, super clean, luxurious. It was honestly hard to leave this place and I would love to come back. I was very grateful as we could come also with our dog. Due to lovely terraces and gardens also dogs are allowed. Many thanks.

Very Nice and most or all clean appartement. The appartement has a Nice set up, very beautiful furniture. The pool, enviroment is very clean and the vieuw is Amazing. We are a fanily of 5 with three childeren and the kids had an amazing time. Enough space in and outside.

The only thing that I would suggest is to put more bedding in case of need. My Son had a mode blessing so the sheets got dirty and there was no extra sheets to put on the bed so I had to wash the sheets immediatly so it could dry before going to bed.

it wasn’t cleaned very good and no place to put the dishes to get dry and didn’t like that the gardeners has access to the house at all time not comfortable at all especially because we where two girls alone
