The place is new and clean

1. No cleaning we were there for 3 nights if we wanted cleaning we had to pay R300 for it and was charged an additional R300 for when we leave. 2. There were cockroaches in the place. 3. The gate system very inconvenient you have to sign in and wait every time you enter.

I liked the location where the place,close to the mall and quite place.

The owner must change the beds,their finished.i didn't have a peaceful sleep due to the beds.

The room was clean, there was clear communication and i was accommodated for all my special requests.

The location was fantastic, strong wifi signal and thats about it really.

The place is infested with cockroaches, from the seals in the showet door to the kitchen area. It was truly gruesome to have be in such a space with a toddler. The lounge rug was still laced with dirt and hair from previous occupants seemingly. The utensils, fridge, kettle, dishwashing cloth and sponge were very filthy. This is not what we expected nor anticipated. The place truly needs attention.

Th location was very convenient with respect to where we needed to be for meetings. All necessary facilities are close by.

While the unit was clean on face value, we had a number of issues. Both beds appeared to have been slept in previously which was pretty terrible. One of the chairs sponge base was damaged and covered with a cloth. Blinds in the bedrooms do a very poor job of blocking light and the one room has an outside light shinning in. The unit is near the gate at a large complex so throughout the night tenants were in and out driving fast and music blearing.
