We were stranded outside the property because she didn’t create access code to the apartment and the security couldn’t let us in but the host confirmed the booking and we paid,she was not taking the calls

The address given is misleading. It creates an impression the the Place is closer to the Mall of Africa. In fact, it will make matters easy to mention the name of the Estate so the clients can locate it easily
