USIt was not acceptable. It’s was a substandard to be in Airbnb. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even if we had already paid.

The apartment was a big disappointment unfortunately… and after seeing it I decided we cannot spend the 2 nights there . The reason was that it’s a BASEMENT…. There was no flow of air, very suffocating and the steps down where so many and so steep I could not let my mother go up and down them… Also it is completely inside the home of the mother which means no privacy coming in and out of the apartment but that was not a problem for us. We finally decided not to stay there, we were not offered any kind of refund, I understand business is business… but would have been a nice surprise to receive some understanding. I had to look for a new place on the moment… so ye, payed for 2 nights without staying…
UAProperty is located at very calm community. Community has private secured entrance and common swimming pool, garden and private parking. There is big green area close to the property and beach within walking distance. Very friendly hosts.

Location a bit out of the way but nice bars / restaurants close by. We didn't realize it was a shared property. Although we did have our own bathroom.

Nothing. There wasn't a sink in the room so we wasn't able to wash our dishes up when we left. We were told not to worry because they would put the stuff in their dishwasher.
ISGBI really enjoyed my stay here, the facilities were great and the hosts were wonderful. I would definitely return. Thank you Igor and Maria.
