L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla spiaggia (Peña del Dice) che è forse una delle spiagge più belle di Puerto del Carmen. Si possono comunque raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi sia Playa Grande che Playa del Barranquillo. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e comodo e abbiamo trovato a disposizione tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza, quali asciugamani da spiaggia, biancheria, detersivi vari, ecc.

L’appartamento è affacciato su un piccolo passaggio pedonale, quindi di notte è stato necessario chiudere le finestre per attutire i rumori. Potrebbe essere utile un piccolo aspirapolvere per raccogliere la sabbia che inevitabilmente si porta in casa dalla spiaggia.

Fantastic location,just metres from the strip. Excellent clean,modern apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay. Katia is a wonderful host,whom is available at all times during your stay,she left us a few treats which was a lovely gesture. Cannot recommend highly enough

Absolutely Nothing

Property was very comfortable and also close to the beach ( 1 minit walk) Also the host was very nice and the wee xtra touches was fab and the wee gift left next day was very nice, I love my mojo sauce (thanks again).

The property is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant mstay , it has a little outside seat area but no view and no sun which wee did miss.

The apartment was lovely everything we needed

Very hard to find on arrival especially at might, taxi driver didn't know apartment, this is not the owners fault, we did feel a little nervous at night heading back as it is quite secluded...but thankfully everything was fine

The location and 1 minute walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The snacks on arrival were delightful. Easy to locate. Several mini marts and Spar near by. Spacious apartment

It is siomewhat loud outside and the walls are thin so can hear neighbors showering and entering and leaving other apartments. It's below ground so it is somewhat dark. We purposely booked this Apartment because it offered transfer to and from the airport. However, when I emailed to inquire about transport, my email was never answered. We ended up having to book a taxi to the airport on our own.

Excellent facilities. Lots of internal space, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Snacks were left for us which was a lovely touch. Really good cafe/bars at the end of the street, but apartment was quiet.

The outside space didn’t get that much sun. This might be good in the height of summer.
