Villa 206 Clarens Golf Estate

I loved the modern set up and the cleanliness. It exceeded my expectations in this regard.

1. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more dishes for a 8 sleeper ( mugs, pots, plates, casseroles, glasses, dishcloths) 2. Awning required- Covered car park and covered patio braai area (it rained and our braai plans could it be done due to no covering) 3. No Bedside rugs

Pool could've been cleaned prior to arrival, although it was early Spring so only mad English kids jumping in p-)

The place is beautiful and clean

No provision the basics like, coffee, sugar, milk, soap.

The house is spacious and very well furnished. The bedding is of excellent quality. Lovely bathrooms.

We battled with smoke in the house when we were using the fireplace. Also only found out on the second day that we can have the gas bottles refilled.

The location is great - the lady that came to clean the property was very kind and helpful.

It was really cold. The property would benefit from some heaters or electric blankets to warm beds.

The house itself has got a really good flow and setup and is a delight to be in and to just relax and enjoy. The fact that the doors all open up gives a feeling of space and is a pleasure to be in.

The fireplace could be closer to where the tv areas are and in fact perhaps just move the dinning room table to the kitchen area and move tv and couches towards the fireplace. It was far to feel the heat when seating on the other side and would recommend a closed fire place for the house so that it can generate the eat needed without the smoke. The house is too big for an open fireplace.

Location was great & safe. House was clean & Modern.

The rooms were very spacious for our family, the access to netflix was very convenient. The house is very well represented.

The main bedroom bed was a bit small and the heater in the main lounge stopped working efficiently on Saturday night. There was no extra mattress/single bed for a kid who shares a room with parents. No covered parking for vehicles.
