The location is perfect, just in the city centre, in a nice and safe area with shops and restaurants around. The apartment was clean, and the communication with the host was very good.

We had some issues in the first night with a neighbor, who was knocking in the walls and at our door with the eyehole of the door covered. He was knocking in the walls even though we were whispering instead of speaking loudly so it was quite annoying. However we saw in the reviews that this was pretty common at this apartament. Despite this, everything was great.

The object and position is very good. But we had a problem with th neighbor and the lady who kept ringing our doorbell and banging on the wall, it was very unbearable.

Very central, clean, and a spacious apartment for one person. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including some valued extras such as little espresso pods and scented candles. Has salt and pepper as well as dishes, pots, good utensils for cooking. I found it very private and quiet throughout my stay. I did not meet the host. Everything was done via WhatsApp. I would definitely use this again.

I also found collecting the keys in the heat and finding the apartment unnecessarily difficult. Having some very heavy bags, I was walking around in the heat with my luggage for quite a while trying to find the lock box. It was awful. The instructions are sufficient but if the lock box was closer to the apartment it would be much easier for travelers with bags. Having to read a pdf on my phone was not fun.

The property is very modern and very comfortable spacious and close to all amnesties.

We had a little bit of an issue with the check in as it seemed a little bit like a maze to get the key for the apartment. Also would like to add the owner was helpful although while we spoke he said it was easy and I clarified that what may seems easy for others doesn't mean that it is easy for everyone. But overall experience was great and we would re-book the same apartment if we re-visit now that we understood the check in.

The apartment although in an old building, is newly furbished and lovely decorated. It has almost everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the space is ok.

We had some communication issues with the host right before check-in (had to fill several forms on two different websites with our personal information, and after check in had to submit them again although application were filled properly in advance). after contacting the host by phone issues were solved efficiently. Information regarding collecting the keys although with pictograms attached were not very clear, at least for us. Another nuisance was related to the fact that neighbors were complaining several times for almost every movement done in the apartment.
