Very good staff, smiling and ready to help you. Big balcony, clean rooms, close to the old center and quite close to Market Village mall. Many small markets in the neighbourhood.and close to some important bar streets of the town

Small swimming pool with a poor sun and more shadow. To much to walk towards the beach.

My review is based on the great price. Compared to many other hotels in HuaHin during peak season, VISA really delivers amazing value. Location is good in terms of shops, restaurants and the night market. The only down side in HuaHin is the dreadful Phetkasem Rd. To go to the beach you need to risk your life crossing the road. We found the room very well equipped, super clean and neat. The housekeeper clearly does a great job. I would like to give a special thanks to the guy at the parking lot entrance! I read many reviews of him and what a friendly guy he is. Always smiling and greeting. Makes you feel welcome every time you walk passed him.

The breakfast area could really do with some decoration. The whole lobby after the reception is somehow very dark and uninviting. Didn't bother us much but I would recommend something to lighten up the space. The massive AC system in the room was a bit too much. I like it cold, but you could not set this AC to any low blow (the setting was there but still to strong and loud).
