The bath towels are non water absorption. Pretty difficult to dry our skin after bathing. And it is even difficult to dry our hair. Please provide better cotton towels to future homestay travellers. The master bathroom flush is not working properly. The water cannot refill into the flash tank. We have to refill it using the water hose manually...hahaha.... The living room aircon was warm....needs servicing. There are only 3 porcelain mugs available for use. We definitely cannot use plastic glasses to prep tea coffee as the are unsafe and can be source of carcinogens. As it was our first stay at Loft, we always get lost going back to our apartment after going to Imago Shopping Mall. Some lifts do not service residents apartments. Best for the apartment owner to give a simple guide on this matter. .My sincere feedback for improvements. Thank you.
