Paying alot of money, you expect an whole experience. First day off staying we had an issue with the shower. Due to the weather being cold too we had to shower with cold water during the day as this was not working. The first day, our side of the hot tub worked brilliant. However second day stay, we struggled for the hot tub on our side to heat up and the water waa very cold, once again this was very frustrating due to the time was wasted and the money we had paid.
GBGBPlace was brilliant for a small getaway! Me and my partner was thrilled with the place and would return again happily. Everything was clean and neat. It was very tranquil and relaxing. Upon arrival, we received a bottle of Prosecco in a lovely pack.
Facilities offered everything. Only thing missing was milk. There was loads of coffee and tea options just milk was the only thing missing. Not a major issue.
