Guest Villa Hakone Yumoto 101

Localisation de choix à quelques minutes de la gare, très grande superficie, hyper propre, propriétaire très réactif.

Pas très insonorisé. On avait l'impression de se faire marcher dessus par les voisins d'en haut.

Everything was clean, easily accessible, Information book was very descriptive and easy to follow. Would use this again, definitely.

這是一年一度的家庭旅遊，我是第一次到箱根，住宿地點距離箱根湯本車站步行距離約7-8分，很方便，住房環境非常整潔乾淨，內有洗衣設備，對長途旅行的遊客非常貼心。餐廳都集中在車站附近，離車站約5分鐘步行有7-11，可供日常採買。箱根非常漂亮，一共在這裡住了2晚，很享受箱根的環境與回憶！ これは毎年恒例の家族旅行で、箱根には初めて訪れました。宿泊場所は箱根湯本駅から徒歩約7～8分の距離で、とても便利です。部屋は非常に清潔で、洗濯設備もあり、長旅をする旅行者にとってとても親切です。レストランは駅周辺に集中しており、駅から徒歩約5分のところに7-Elevenがあり、日常の買い物に便利です。箱根はとても美しく、ここには2泊しましたが、箱根の環境と素晴らしい思い出を十分に楽しむことができました！ This is an annual family trip, and it’s my first time visiting Hakone. The accommodation is about a 7-8 minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station, which is very convenient. The room is very clean and tidy, and it has laundry facilities, which is thoughtful for travelers on long trips. Most restaurants are located near the station, and there is a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk from the station for everyday shopping. Hakone is beautiful, and we stayed here for two nights in total. I really enjoyed the environment and the memories made in Hakone!

如果可以再加強1-2樓之間的隔音效果，相信可以為旅客帶來更棒的居住體驗 :) もし1階と2階の間の防音効果がさらに強化されれば、旅行者にとってより素晴らしい滞在体験を提供できると思います :) If the soundproofing between the first and second floors could be further improved, I believe it would provide an even better experience for the guests :)

If you need to stay in Hakone, the proximity of this villa to the train is excellent. It was also impeccably clean.

Terrible noise. This villa is the downstairs floor of a very small 2-storey house that has been converted into 2 x villas (upstairs and downstairs). The layout is very pokey, very odd. But the worst part is the acoustics. Our first night we lucked out and while we heard our upstairs neighbours it wasn’t too bad. For the next 2 nights we had a young family upstairs and the noise was like a soccer team practicing above your head. We should have known it was an issue when ear plugs are issued in the welcome pack. We would not stay here again.
