This accommodation is stingy, they make you fill out paperwork over and over again and they never sent you the code and I was with my family outside on the coldest day in Chicago, they are not honest people and they automatically charged me $380 and never gave me the code, never rent this accommodation, they are stingy

Nothing I really didn’t like but I would have benefited from explicit directions on the tv and updated information about restaurants and businesses.

It is very comfortable and clean. The beds were very cozy with nice comforters. Plenty of space to hang out or to use as a jump off point for a day in the city. Great instructions and excellent customer service . Any questions I had were answer almost immediately. I look forward to staying here in the future.

It was a little chilly in front room but I like that when I am sleeping. I’m sure I could have left the door open if I wanted more heat.

"We will return to this condo. Much better value than hotels in the area, especially with the available street parking."

Location, spacious, lots of beds, big kitchen, free street parking.

Noisy fan, bedroom blinds didn’t block outside light, thermostat wasn’t adjustable. Wish parking ootions were closer.
