Nothing......DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! This place is not of standard. BOOKING.COM should vet these scam places. We were in the apartment for 5 minutes after we checked in around 750pm. Absolutely disgusting!

Everything. We checked in around 750pm. Literally stayed for 5 minutes as it was a state. Called property manager 3 times, no answer. Contacted Booking.com, who also made attempts to contact property manager.....No answer! We made the trip with family to sprinkle my late sister's ashes. Family members coming from different parts of the UK. The property owner knew this. In a scaffolded apartment. Dirty rubbish bags in the apartment, not clean, smelled like cigarettes. Was not hygienic at all. I am hugely disappointed due to the reason we travelled to Brighton. Had to cut our trip short by 1 night! I am still waiting for the property manager to contact me & Booking.com.
