Location was good but difficult to find by uber drivers. I don’t know why.

The house is very old and needs renovation, painting etc. The security deposit was too much.

Fab central location. Brilliant for Leeds Arena. Hosts super responsive

My husband and I really loved our stay here. The place was very quiet, fully equipped, and everything was so comfortable — it truly felt like home. It was also very convenient to travel to other places from here. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to Leeds next time!

In view of the really hot weather, it would be great to have a couple of fans .

The house was very convenient for getting to the arena for the convention we were working at. It was spacious enough for our group of 3 and we liked the fact both bedrooms had ensuites and the kitchen/ living room was a nice space to hang out in with all the amenities you could need. The owners were easy to get hold of and prompt at responding and the instructions for access were clear.

On this occasion we were asked to pay a security deposit which was returned to us in full a short while after we checked out. I understand why this is required and was not really a problem for us, however it wasn't clear when I originally chose this accommodation over others that we would be asked to pay this. Also I have booked other similar places previously and not been asked to pay a deposit. That being said it would not deter me from booking this place again.

Really great size, and good rooms for two adult couples each with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen facilities with plenty of plates, cups and glasses! Only 10mins walk into the centre, and 15mins walk from University of Leeds - so convenient for everything we needed.

Slightly tricky to find in the dark using Google maps and coming from the car park but the instructions were clear from the owners, which really helped.

Microwave would add to the kitchen. TV was a bit difficult to get good reception. Wardrobe rail was very high up,so couldn't use to hang clothes on in back bedroom.
