the apartment is really nice, cosy and has everything you need to feel at home (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and so on), everything seems to be in almost new condition and decorated with good taste. The location is also very good if you use your car, as you're 5-10 minutes away from Piata Aviatiei. However, no UG nearby.

i would say the only downside is the fact that there are train tracks behind the site, and if you're not used to trains passing and whistling at night, you won't be able to sleep well, so you should bring earplugs.

This apartment is excellent, very clean and comfortable! Located super close to all facilities and transportation. Mihai, the host, was great :) he sent us all the instructions (including a video tutorial) on how to reach the apartment, which was very helpful. Will definitely book this apartment again when visiting Bucharest.
