USI really was happy of the location of the hotel. It was in a perfect area to our family for visiting and meeting. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Our Tv didn't work and in the morning we called and the front desk lady came and fixed it.
No hand soap in the bathroom. The bed wasn't comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and it was a hard bed for my achy body. It would have been nicer if i could have taken a shower, it wasn't a walk in shower which i thought it would be. My leg doesn't lift up over the tub so a tub doesn't work for me.

Comfortable and quiet. Drip coffee maker in room had filter and grinds built in. No other utensils, plates, bowls were available. There is a YMCA and Genesis close by. I would stay here again.
