The property looked nice in pictures

It was filthy . I have taken pictures as I am reporting this . The floors havnt been washed for yrs . Stained cushions, stained foot mat for bath, hairs all over the floor, the toilet pedestal hadn’t been cleaned for months . Lipstick on mugs . I have pictures of them all. DISGUSTING I didn’t use the shower /bath and washed with wet wipes as I didn’t feel comfortable getting into something that obviously was not clean

The only good thing about this place was the location!!

It was very smelly, smelled like mold and not clean. The carpets had really old stains. We did not stay even a night. We didn't want to even put our bags down. If we would have stayed all our clothes would have been ruind of smell. As it was mostly the smell we did not take many pictures! We have been waiting for a very long time now for refund and resolutions. Host&Stay were not informed for two weeks as Booking did not inform them. And they always said to us that they were waiting for them to answer. We have now been waiting for other five weeks for Host&Stay to finish and close this case and refund us. We are very frustraded with Booking and Host&Stay.

Great location, good garden; easy check in through lock box

Pictures did not really match the property; the fridge was not working; we needed bed sheets and messaged the host and they told us to contact house keeping but when we asked how to do that stopped responding

Location

Not clean, safety certificates not updated or in place, mould, damp, ripped bedding, old coffee and sugar solidified in containers, general decor in need of updating, stairs extremely narrow steep and slippery as painted with no gripper ….the list goes on

Location great for EVERYTHING

Three storey house so hope you like stairs ❤️
