It’s clean , well lit , fully furnished.

Location, staff excellent and easily contacted, room nice and clean and warm. Toilet facility good with constant hot water.

Room needs to be reorganised to utilise space. Feels cramped but does not have to. Almost no storage space to unpack possessions.

Getting access to the property was very difficult. I struggled to get the keys out of the key safe and to actually get the keys to open the door. I met one of the other residents and she had the same problem.I had to phone the manager on three separate occasions for help. It would have been better to have access to a human being. The room layout was weird and erratic. I tripped up over the shower tray and hurt my back. The television was difficult to use. It didn't have a aerial. I could only get access to Netflix. There was only enough milk for two cups of tea.

The room is out the back and very quiet. Great facilities- kitchen, washing. Easy access to train n bus.

Finding the location of the switch for the bathroom fan. Miss communication with manager so we were unable to stay a second night.
