La ubicación, a 25 minutos del centro pero el paseo andando por el río está muy bien.

135 euros es mucho dinero para esta habitación, de una sola cama, y pegada a una gran carretera. Éramos dos pero había toallas solo para uno. Mucho ruido de los coches, un primer piso, solo se veía la carretera. Nos dieron una hab. para personas con discapacidad. Nos prometieron que lo cambiarían pero no lo hicieron, La segunda noche nos dieron otra habitación y resulta que había alguien en ella... El WC no tenía tapa. El lavabo pequeño y mu bajo no tenía apenas sitio para posar cosas. La puerta del baño se abría con botón y no iba bien,, costaba abrirla. Una lamparita en la cama a la altura de la cabeza... La sala de estar común daba también a carretera. No hay TV. En fin, una pena de infraestructura y muy mala relación calidad precio.

Great staff, lovely view, central location, secure parking closeby and good value for money.

Showers and baths are meant to drain, not become pools. So, we couldn't get a decent shower.

He tirat en falta més serveis de neteja a zones comuns com la cuina...

The location was perfect, the walk along the riverbank most beautiful, the scenery idyllic. The residence is within the walking distance to the city centre and also there are buses, 208 and 220 available If you are in a hurry to get to the city centre. Also there are shops, cafes and a restaurant next to the residence or very close to it.

I understand it is a student residence but I wish the common facilities were more often cleaned and I wasn’t happy with the quality of the laundry : the towels and the bedding weren’t washed properly and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the towels. However, everything we needed to fix a quick meal was available and there was even an iron and an ironing board ! Thé room was very well organized but perhaps a bit small for two people. Also there weren’t enough hooks to hang towels. The was a dire need for a second chair or a small table next to bed.
