"Great place to stay in Cork"

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. It's not located in the city centre, but the 208 & 220 are great options right outside to get to the city in 10 mins. Also, I noticed a couple of occasions where newly arriving guests were struggling to check-in when they came in at odd hours. My suggestion would be to always inform the property in advance of your arrival time, even if its tentative, to avoid being stranded outside. We did the same and it didn't take much time or effort, to be honest.

I know its a student accommodation so space is of the essence, but offering a room with a small bed for 2 people felt a little cramped / uncomfortable, but I have to say its still a very reasonable option. Nothing other than that!
