Phoenix VII 71113 by ALBVR - Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views & Amenities!

This property had plenty of room for us to spread out and have privacy when needed and space to hang together too! We especially liked the balcony

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the location of the kitchen trash can. It was in the pantry along with all the food. Just not appealing to me.

Perfect view to the ocean. Condo was nice but could have been updated some and have working tv and appliances.

Have to wait on things to be replaced. Using my vacation time waiting for things to be replaced. Not liking for people to be able to come in and not be aware .

The view was fantastic. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again!

We would've liked to have had an extra trash bag or two, but that's pretty much all.

We love the ocean front view. We come every year and stay in one of the condos.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. We absolutely loved it.

We loved the location, view and amenities of the complex.

The room with the double beds…..the mattresses seemed comfortable (both beds), but they were sunken in the middle due to the box springs being broken…. I know that because I’ve experienced that on my bed….every time you move/roll over/sit on the bed, it makes considerable amount of noise. The headboards also hit against the wall almost every time you move in the bed. We are not rowdy, nor do we plop down on the furniture. If the box springs and headboard issue were resolved, I would definitely book this specific condo again. The kitchen had adequate supplies to cook a meal! Yes, there was a lot of sand on the floor upon arrival, so I swept up, and swept every day…which is to be expected when you are at the beach. The TV in the second room worked the first two nights, couldn’t get a signal the third night.

Master bedroom TV did not work, toliet Paper hanger in guest room was missing & broken door knob on closet.

Great location in Orange Beach. Accessible to many places in town quickly. The property did have several elevators which were a huge help during peak times. Beach was not crowded and the chair rental company was easy to locate and rent from.
