Cozy Apt in Center City!

Location was perfect. In walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, bars etc.

The place is in a great location, it was clean, communication with the host was good.

A few things could be improved – e.g. the doors to most rooms stick and require a lot of force to close completely – closing them also made quite a lot of noise. The room facing the street was also quite noisy; there wasn't much in the way of soundproofing – I guess there must be gaps around some of the windows because one could hear everything going on in the street. All in all a very good stay though, I think – I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place.

The apartment had everything we needed and is perfectly located. The host answered our questions quickly and helped with everything. Thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Perfect location , 10 mins walk from City Center and city hall. Apartment looks dated from the outside but the inside makes it all up. We had two separate bedrooms so perfect for a family with two kids. It offered a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a washing and dryer machine to use. Very convenient.

Since it is in the heart of DC parking needs to be done in one of the public parking facilities. Approx. $39 for an overnight stay.

The apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood--there are great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just steps away. It's an easy walk to many attractions and close to public transport to take you to even more. The apartment was clean and comfortable--a really nice place to stay.

Like many Center City apartments, it's on the small side--it was hard for our family to use the kitchen without getting in each other's way. Since we went out for most of our meals this was only a minor issue.

The apartment is located very central and in walking distance to many of Philly’s Center City Attractions. Place was clean and had all the bathroom and kitchen essentials for a family of five visiting for the weekend. Access was secure and easy to understand. Communication with host was fast and easy. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to find several options for paid parking around the apartment, the area was clean and felt safe to walk around. We loved to find a fully stocked kitchen and appreciated the coffe, tea, creamers and other kitchen products readily available when we woke up the next morning. Overall great experience and will comeback with no hesitation.
