Cozy Apt in Center City!

The outside door to the property was difficult to open - it seemed like you had to force it open, when it didn’t seem like it was unlocked.

Very central location at good value and extremely polite and helpful host. Renovated and clean apartment.

There is no common space for just sitting and talking. The parking is terrible!!! Ended up paying 45 dollars a night for parking after driving around and around for 30 minutes trying to find an open spot. This difficulty was not mentioned in the depiction. Also the picture make it look much bigger than it actually is. A little disappointed in that

The old neighborhood has a sense of history. Not far from the main scenic spots in the surrounding area, making travel relatively convenient.

There is only one bathroom

Great location. Downtown is 10 minutes on foot. The kitchen is suitable for cooking simple meals. There is a washing machine and a dryer, however not in the apartment, but in the stairwell of the house on the ground floor. There is a great potential in this apartmement IF they fix the mentioned issues.

The room was much smaller than expected. Definitely not enough place for 5 people. No cupboards, not even a nightstand (yes the bedroom was that small). Only 4 chairs for a very small round table and not enough plates or cutlery. We had issues with the cleaniness as well. Carpet had a few dirt spots, which is not big deal, but the bedding seemed used (it was wrinkled and stained, also there were hairlines on it). Finally we washed them ourselves. The house itself wasn't that tidy too. The stairwell was quite stinky. Bonus: the wifi disconnected a couple of times for 10-20 minutes each day.

Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to city center and main sights, close to many shops, hassle-free coded locks (apartment and building entrance), large TV screen, handheld shower head (very rare in the US).

Very difficult to find parking place (trade-off for central location).
