Buena ubicación, cerca al parque el Jaguar, estacionamiento incluido, tiene piscina en el rooftop, el ascensor estaba operativo. En el tiempo que estuvimos si contamos con luz y agua. Acceso al club de playas OUR HABITAS. Recomiendo alquilar auto para su estadia en Tulum.

Todo muy bien. No llegamos a visitar las playas en Tulum por que estaban con Sargazo, asi que aprovechamos en visitar los cenotes: Cenote Calavera, Atik Tulum y Gran Cenote, que se encuentran cerca a 15 min en auto.

Sehr gute Lage, Fußläufig zum Strand/zu den Beach Clubs (und natürlich der freie Eintritt im Beach Club "Our Habitas" ohne Mindestverzehr), der rooftop pool, das sehr moderne und gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio, die schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Personal, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang und die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig, man konnte nachts gut schlafen. Von den angekündigten Baustellen und Bauarbeiten haben wir nichts mitbekommen, genauso wenig vom möglichen Strom- und Internetaisfall. Außerdem hat der Aufzug wunderbar funktioniert, obwohl dieser außer Betrieb hätte sein sollen.

Die sehr laute Lüftung im Badezimmer. Außerdem ist das Duschwasser salzig.

Del apartamento me gustó todo, la cama es cómoda, el baño perfecto, cocina americana con todo lo necesario y un sofá. La terraza es una maravilla y la terraza de la azotea es impresionante.

Todo el lugar está increíble!! Recomiendo la atención de Francisco...

The apartment is great and the swimming pool is out of a dream. 15 min walk from a public beach and restaurants. It's great value for money and I really recommend this place for your stay in Tulum.

The couch is small and not very comfortable but enought for a kid to sleep a few nights. The apartment is located in a remote area which makes it hard to move around if you don't have a car/motobike.

• Proximity to the Beach: The apartment is just a short walk from the shoreline, making beach access incredibly convenient. • Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern appliances and utensils, allowing for easy meal preparation.

• Lack of Storage Space: There’s no wardrobe or closet, making it challenging to store clothing and personal items properly. • Windowless Living Area: The living room lacks windows, resulting in a dim atmosphere during the day. • Unsatisfactory Towels: The provided towels are made of polyester, which doesn’t absorb water effectively, diminishing their practicality. • Insufficient Supplies: We found a shortage of essential items like toilet paper and paper towels, which required us to purchase our own. • Bathroom Issues: The shower drain was clogged, leading to water pooling during use. • Construction Noise: The property is currently undergoing construction, resulting in constant noise throughout the day, which can be disruptive. In summary, while the apartment’s location and kitchen facilities are commendable, the numerous drawbacks we experienced make it difficult to recommend this property, especially for families seeking a peaceful and well-equipped stay.
