Estudio 10 - Charming Getaway

The layout was great. The bed was really comfortable. The ceiling fans, Aircon and cooker hood were excellent. The WiFi was superb The washing machine & tumble dryer were great. The smart TV was excellent. Everyone we met in the block was friendly. There are great places to eat nearby..Super swimming pool. It's an easy twenty minute walk to the beach, supermarket and old town.

The road that the balcony overlooks is very busy at the moment because of construction work. It wasn't a problem for us inside but it could make sitting out noisy at times. The rooftop terrace was less affected. The apartment is on the other side of the Main Road but we found a nice route that used the footbridge.

It was a lovely clean studio with tasteful quality traditional Mexican decor. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful items like beach towels, beach sarongs, water in the fridge. The owner and manager were very quick to respond and sort out any minor issues we had. I loved the fact that we were able to recycle glass, cans and plastic bottles. Everything clearly labelled and covered bin for general rubbish. I particularly loved the outdoor pool area. Lovely pool with recliners and landscaped with beautiful palms and tropical plants. We felt very safe at night in the area. Apart from the traffic issue the condo was well placed for walking to the beach and good local shops- grocers, fruit shop, fish shop and coffee shops.

The balcony area of the property was on a very busy road with the noise of heavy traffic constant day and well into the night and early morning which we knew about already. However if you closed the door to the balcony and put the air conditioning the noise was reduced to a minimum. Good security at night with lovely security man, However during the day the garage area was open so anybody could walk up into the communal areas even though there was a lovely caretaker around all day.

Lovely decorated studio and well stocked. Nice pool, never crowded. Great location as you were able to walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

It’s on a very busy street so it gets rather noisy.
