Unfortunately, I can not give a recommendation. It started already at check-in that we got the code for the mailbox with the key only on demand. Arrived at the apartment we were surprised that the family room for two adults and two children (8 and 10 years old) was only a real bed (140 cm). The so-called sofa bed is hard and not suitable as a bed. The so-called futon bed is more like a thicker yoga mat (see picture). There was only one bed sheet (full of holes) and two fleece blankets, no cushions. When asked, management told us the kids could use the sofa cushions. When I pointed out that the apartment did not match the photos on Booking.com, management said there was a misunderstanding on my part. When it rained heavily it pushed water into the room and the whole floor was wet. The "futon bed" for the floor would have been completely wet if we had not asked for a mop. Especially annoying was that we had booked the accommodation only because of the pool, this was closed all the time (3 days). On a positive note, I can say that the management responded quickly to express regret. After all this inconvenience, we should expect a generous discount. Instead, we were offered a late check out by one hour. Since we left already in the morning, this did us no good. In general, I would like to note that a single key is too little for a family of four, the room is noisy, the washing machine is good, but is only 5 hangers to dry clothes.

We were never given any headsup on the check-in procedure (done by WhatsApp), the main AC didn't work for the first 2 days in the 34C heat, and because the owner is not onsite, the interaction with them is very business-like--in other words, no flexibility and considerations. Lots of time taken to text owner.
