The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was beautiful and spacious. It had everything needed for a lovely stay. The host met us with keys and was very friendly. Check In and Out was therefore smooth. It was in the historic center, accessed via a courtyard which meant the apartment was nice and quiet at night for a peaceful nights sleep. Restaurants and shops on doorstep and Orvietos famous Duomo and other historic sights a few minutes walk away.

Location was a bit far from the city center up the hill.

Excellent accommodation. A warm welcome from our hosts who met us at the door. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and quiet with all the facilities needed. Highly recommended.

Loved everything but another comfy chair in the living room would be nice as there is only seating for 3. The bathrooms could use more hooks for hanging towels.

The care and pride of ownership that Gianluca and his wife put into this beautiful property that they renovated themselves clearly shines through the superb experience that they create for their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. Gianluca is among the kindest and sincerest of hosts that I have ever encountered and the property lacks nothing by way of comfort and location in the lovely town of Orvieto. I hope our travels bring us back some day. We will surely choose this place again!

Perfect! A beautifully appointed apartment with everything required for a family staying here. Modern appliances, plenty of space and all centrally located in the historical centre of Orvieto. Another great feature was its close proximity to an undercover car park. With parking generally at a premium in Italy this was a very welcomed feature as well. Extremely helpful and communicative hosts.

There was nothing not to like about this apartment and our experience here.
