"Booking.com not providing necessary deatils to customers and wasting time."

Apartment is new so it is clean and tidy. Looks like nicly arranged.

Booking.com is useless as they didnot worry about thier Customers and didnot check with Owners before advertised these type of properties regarding how Customers will find the information, check in & check out procedures, Communications methods with alernate options, When and how Customers will be notified when there is no reception desk. How customers will contact booking.com, provide HotLine for urgent matters. Customers will get the refund for poor service or inadequate informations etc. They should be aware that when customers are travelling, not have SIM card of every country or Internet or time to read emails. So, all the necessary details should be communicated during the booking time rather than sending emails just before booked date or stay. Since no 24hrs reception desk, this apartment should be under Airbnb and not the booking.com so that we can get all necessary information in advance. Booking.com is useless as they do not have such a process to inform customers in advance or communications method. It seems that Booking.com not requesting all necessary details from the owner before advertised and spoiling our holidays. Booking.com should seriously take this matter and remove all the advertisements which do not have 24hrs reception desk or all information in advertisements to ensure that customers are not suffering due to lack of information. Will be writing to Government authorities to place rules regarding advertising on booking.com and Airbnb. This place shouldn't be advertised by booking.com as it is not a Hotel or no 24hrs reception available. Booking.com should only advertise Hotels or who can provide 24hrs reception service. Booking.com not showing actual Entrance photo. This was disappointed and misinformation as we were looking for photo same as in booking.com. When we are booking thru booking.com, we expect it has 24hrs reception service for apartment or house or flat or room type booking.

I really liked the location of the apartments. The main sights of Seville are within walking distance. Good room design and very clean. This is the place where you want to come back again.

Didn't like that there was no electric kettle.
