The location is fantastic! Views stunning. The space is very nice and spotlessly clean.

There is no person to watch your luggage if you arrive early. The front desk staff make it clear you ARE NOT a part of their condo services. Including, holding your luggage if you arrive before 3pm or cannot get an answer to a late checkout possibility. This is easily the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. You’ll roll into the center. Weird. Gooey soft and lumpy all at the same time. They REALLY need to purchase a new mattress. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. SECONDLY, I called and inquired if I could get a late check out. The person said they would check with the housekeepers and get back to me. They never got back to me.! I ended up going next door to the Outrigger and having a (very) long 2 hour lunch… with my luggage piled next to me.

The location was great for the beach and the main strip. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants. The studio apartment was an exceptional size and has plenty of sunlight.

Perfect Location, and very well appointed. The view was great, uninterrupted by other hotels. Nice to sit with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Comfy bed. Interesting loo 😆😆 All very clean

A set of matching knives and forks would have been good. Only 2 non steak knives. Plus we did have 6 wine glasses and only 1 glass tumbler for water!!

Location was very convenient easy walk to ANYTHING you wanted or needed. Incredible view from the deck and we loved the open space. The interaction with the host always wonderful very very helpful and as accommodating as was possible! This location and host exceeded my expectations.

The air conditioning could have been colder.
