Grosvenor Pad - Lovely 2-bed Flat - FREE ON STREET PARKING

Bedding was clean. First impressions were good but then...it rained! So some effort has been made to improve the place and it's a work in progress. I guess if you stay one night you dont notice the wonky drawers etc Tea coffee etc supplied. The reviews on here are pretty accurate.

Tvs Doggy dank smell on stairs! Flat smelled fine! First impressions matter and that's what greets you on stairs, however it's a shared apartment block. Massive damp patch in bedroom. Dripping water running down wall after it rained! Not lots but still not comforting sound to be woken up by. Its an ongoing problem apparently...

Appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato. Camere accettabili. Cunina ben attrezzata. Un po' decentrato l'appartamento rispetto al centro. Anche se c'erano molte auto, siamo comunque riusciti a parcheggiare lungo la strada.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano (segnalato però dalla proprietà) quindi occorre tenerne conto se si hanno bagagli pesanti. I serramenti andrebbero revisionati. In una delle camere erano presenti alcune vistose macchie dovute all'umidità o ad una infiltrazione di acqua che andrebbero sistemate, così come il bastone su cui appoggiava la tenda piegato verso il basso per un probabile cedimento del supporto.

Perfect place, Perfect view. We enjoyed our one night stay in this place. Everything was fascinating👌 Highly recommended!👍

Just to advise you the clock was not working in lounge Tap drops in kitchen sick Awful smell but all windows were open . . The smell comes from kitchen sink .... A nice touch in other airbnb is information on how to work tv, about the local busses, nearest food shops best restaurants & pubs

Clean and location good.

Some damp in one of the bedrooms caused by choked gutters. Curtain rail broken in same room

It was perfect; very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need. Clean, bright and comfortable; wish we could have stayed longer.

Just want to mention that I couldn't release the plug in one of the bathroom sinks.

Jó az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak, szép, tágas, jól felszerelt szobák. Jól felszerelt konyha, hűtőszekrény, pirítossütő, edények, poharak 4 fő részére elegendő. Erős wifi minden szobában.

Nagyon hangos volt a vízmelegítő bojler, és az egyik szobában beázás jelei voltak a sarokban.

Great facilities, lovely and clean. All we needed for a base in Bath.
