Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The room was nice and comfortable as well as the view.

That the pool and beach access was not available to use as construction was going on and we were not informed of or given a chance to cancel and find something with the same amenities.
