Well there isnt much to like about this apartment apart from its location, its pretty central and near the station, thats about it..

When we arrived at the property it was super dirty, it had hair everywhere, each corner of the property was dirty, walls in bathroom were covered in something dark black matter(god knows what was it), it really looked disgusting. So ground floor apartment is really not suitable for kids, with such steep stair case we really had to watch out 4year old every time he went downstairs and pray for not ending up in hospital. Skirting boards were coming off the walls because ground floor apartment bedroom is literally located in the basement, it smelt of mould and it was very very wet. Bathroom door did not close, shower looked and felt absolutely disgusting, with rubber seals coming off so water was leaking everywhere and because bathroom is in basement it really did not get dry at all. Even if you consider price this was beyond acceptable. If you are owner and you convert property in such bad way, it really feels like a cash grab more than anything else. It was my fault that I didnt notice that property had no cooker, but yes if you expect to have food and may be cook something for breakfast, forget it.. I was really considering moving out for our second night stay, but there was nothing available at reasonable price, so we had to stay(first time experience). To summarise, it the shittiest stay I've ever had anywhere in my life.

Location close to the centre. Everything reachable by foot. Nice modern interior, vey clean as well.

No cooking plate. Need to eat out. Also a very very steep stair to the bedroom.

Very good location.. 7 minutes walk from the train station easy access to the city .. not so far from the airport

Cozy, clean, lovely view to the church and very bright when the blinds were open.

Do you want to wake up at 2:30 in the middle of the night and 5 in the morning to the sound of three roosters crowing every 10-20 seconds? Then you have found your place. Of course, the sound of cars is really loud too, but the roosters are what really got to us. And there is no break from the crowing until they go to sleep. So if you want to stay in the apartment during the day, the sound will be there then too. As for the cold, it's going to be as cold inside as it is outside. And if you're like us and weren't informed that there is an AC in the kitchen and the control panel is hidden in a random cupboard, then you will be cold until you figure that out (bathroom doesn't have heating, so that will be forever cold). And even you get the AC working, it can suddenly stop heating and instead start blowing cold air The stairs are ridiculous, and even with my small feet, it's really uncomfortable to walk up and down. Not to mention the person I was with (I even attached a picture of it because it was too funny). And if you still decide to come here, then remember to bring your swim fins, since after the shower, the floor turns into a swimming pool. And since the bathroom doesn't have heating and is really cold, that pool of water will stay there until the next day. Even though I was really excited to stay here before the trip, since the pictures looked amazing, I wish I could go back in time and choose a different accommodation.

Loved the location, quiet and an easy walk to bus and trains.

The stairs down to the bathroom and bedroom are horrendous! They are really steep and quite hazardous, especially for children and older people. We were really nervous each time we had to negotiate them! There were no hangers to hang clothes in the wardrobe. There was nothing provided to put our suitcases on, so had to stay on the floor, which wasn't ideal. There is one chair, but the room is a double, so 2 suitcases would be expected. Most places we stay provide shampoo and shower gels, this did not, just hand soap. The bathroom door doesn't close and the shower leaks water all over the floor, which made it very slippery. All in all we paid a reasonable price for the week, but I would be reluctant to pay any more until some of these issues were rectified.

Excellent location, clean, nicely decorated and furnished.

A/c control is hidden in a cupboard which took me ages to find! Also, the tv remote control was missing (I looked everywhere) so could not use the tv. Cleaners need to check the cutlery and plates - some were dirty with dried on food.

5 minutes from metro and 30 minutes on foot to Sé cathedral. Nice flat with good bed. Street is quite.

Stairs are steep to go to bedroom and bathroom

Very cosy and nice apartment (blue one) in a interesting green building. The contact with owners via booking was good and replies were always very quick.

It was quite cold the first night (because we were there in November) and we wrote an message the next day and were informed that the air conditioning in the bedroom had a heating option and we recieved an extra heater.
