The location was perfect and the flat was clean

There was no staff on sight, only one toilet paper for three adults and a child. And no complementary coffee and tea which is always interesting.

Bedding was dirty and smelly, shower was dirty, there was no towels at all as advertised, plates and cutlery was disgusting
