There was no breakfast no towels no toilet paper the sliding door was making Horrible noise

"it was overall a fair place to stay"

Location was just perfect,and the room was clean with smart tv that kept the kid happy

7th floor has a smell of urine by the lifts, so to go in or out of that beautiful room, one had to pass nxt to that smell Communication between all admin people is key as when we arrived,the person on duty didn't know about my booking nd we had to my agent who cleared everything 1 person at reception to open the door, registering of people nd controlling the basement packing is just too much, and causes delays

The apartment is closer to everything in Durban walking to the beach and few minutes to the Ushaka
