Great place! Sakis is such a nice host

Binanın altında abuk subuk bir mekan var. Sokak hiç tekin gelmedi. Ailelere uygun değil! The location is not suitable for families. Free parking means a free parking space for the apartment, not finding a free place somewhere around the apartment.

The layout of the property was exceptionally well thought out, creating a strong sense of familiarity and comfort. Moreover, it was remarkably well-equipped, with a wide range of amenities readily available. The stay was fantastic, with a well-organized property that felt welcoming and was impressively well-equipped. The host was amazing—extremely helpful, offering honest and useful tips about the best beaches, restaurants, and areas of the city we definitely needed to know about. At home, he had thoughtfully provided olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee, cold water in the fridge, a box of orange juice, and ice ready in the freezer—as if we had arrived at our own home and someone had kindly prepared everything for us. And of course, the apartment was fully stocked with all other necessary toiletries and cleaning supplies. The location was fantastic—I would recommend it to everyone, as it’s set within a residential neighborhood, giving you the feeling of a local rather than a tourist. To reach the seaside promenade or Aristoteli Square, you walk through the main central neighborhoods, which offers a perfect opportunity to naturally explore and get to know the area along the way.

The streets surrounding the property lacked public lighting, (perhaps temporarily) which was quite unusual given that every other part of the block was well illuminated—especially considering the property's close proximity to the main road. This made the entrance to the street where the property is located feel somewhat odd. It didn’t evoke a sense of fear, however, as the neighborhood itself was exceptionally quiet and well-maintained. Nevertheless, the presence of public lighting is undeniably necessary for practical and functional purposes

Safe location, not far from center (15 min) or waterfront promenade (15 min). Good comfort and kitchen stuff , wifi included. Located to the last floor in a business building, in a small studios complex.

Parking in the area is free (in many areas of Thessaloniki is paid), but finding a place is a little bit a lottery, the area is very dynamic. Generally, we found a place every day, but not always closed to the location.

Very clean and cozy. Easy to travel around town due to excellent location. Highly recommend.
