Fiumicino Beach - Sleep & Fly

A great place to stay before flight! Amazing apartment with all the equipment you need , 15 minutes drive to the airport. The apparent was very clean, and the host left us nice breakfast for the flight and also some snacks, beer, coke - what a welcome ! Close to a beautiful beach and supermarket ! Really recommended, you will not be sorry , better than hotel !

Everything was great

Comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities on the first floor (no lift). The apartment has individual parking place just near the entrance to the apartment. Hospital owner Marilena provided us with useful instructions about apartment facilities and nearby restaurants and bars.

The hostess was very nice and accommodating. She replied to my messages very promptly even late at night and kindly introduced nice places to dine outside. My husband and I both really appreciated her kindness when we met her next morning while checking out. The place is clean and not noisy at all (I am very very sensitive to noise). The biggest perk is that it is close to the airport by car. We stayed for one night and was refreshed next morning to kick off our journey in Toscana. Thank you.

The room spray sound was a bit too loud. My husband and I needed some time to adjust to the sounds in the night time.

Stayed here the night before flying home. The place was clean and had everything you could want and more. We especially loved the black out window coverings, best sleep of the trip. Only seconds walk from the beach, we got to watch a beautiful final sunset to wrap up the holiday. Some great food options very close and spots on the beach to go for drinks. The host organized airport shuttle for us, it was fast, on time and cheap! Highly recommend staying here, we feel very lucky we found this one and you will too!

Proximity to FCO airport and the beach. Very comfortable apartment. Manager was extremely helpful with arranging transfers to airport and recommending places to eat nearby.

This was a great apartment to stay in before we flew back to the US. Marilena arranged for a shuttle to pick us up when we arrived from Palermo, and bring us to the airport early the next morning. Everything about our short stay was fabulous, and Marilena was a wonderful host who was extremely prompt in answering our questions. The terrace was perfect for relaxing and the snacks and beer were great to have. The apartment was very well equipped and modern. Thank you so much!!!

Great location to say for early departure from FCO. New building. Apartment secure, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay

Nothing everything was great.

A lovely, small apartment with everything you need. Only 15 min from the airport and a 1 min walk to the beach. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a thoughtful touch.

We struggled to get a taxi/uber to take us the short distance from the airport. I would recommend you prebook to go to and from the airport.
